Rangers goalkeeper Jak Alnwick has joined English League One outfit Blackpool on-loan.
The English shot-stopper was signed by Mark Warburton in 2017 but initially struggled to depose Wes Foderingham in the Rangers goal.
The arrival of Allan McGregor has made things even harder for Alnwick, who spent last season on loan at a Stuart McCall led Scunthorpe.

Alnwick, 26, moves on after speculation had linked him with Bloomfield Road earlier in the week.
The former Port Vale goalkeeper also joins Ryan Hardie at the League One outfit, whilst former Rangers midfielder Jordan Thompson is a member of Simon Grayson’s squad.
Alnwick signed for Rangers from Port Vale in January 2017 on a three-and-a-half year deal for a reported £250k.
With his contract expiring at the end of the season, you get the feeling Alnwick’s future at the club is running out.
A solid shot-stopper, Alnwick had made eleven appearances in total for Rangers.
“With Howard continuing to recover from injury, we felt it was important to bring in another senior goalkeeper to add competition for places.” Blackpool manager Simon Grayson told the Seasiders’ website.
“Alnwick is very experienced at this level and we’re looking forward to working with him.”

Rangers now have Allan McGregor, Wes Foderingham and Andy Firth as goalkeeping options at the club.
Does the Alnwick transfer also suggest main back-up option Wes is set to remain at the club?
