Rangers winger Glenn Middleton has joined English League Two side Bradford City on loan, the club has confirmed.
The talented teenager spent the first half of the season on loan at Hibernian but struggled to settle at the Easter Road club.
Now moving down south to the Bantams, there is real hope the 20-year-old winger can recapture the form that saw him break into the Rangers first team last season.
The pacey winger joined Rangers two years ago in the January of 2018 after coming through the Academy at Norwich.
Only six months later, Middleton had a steady run of games in the first half of last season after impressing in Steven Gerrard’s new-look Rangers side.
Middleton made 26 appearances before the turn of the year last season, scoring five goals and even finding the net in the 4-3 defeat away to Spartak Moscow in the Europa League.
But following a perfectly natural dip in form for the youngster, Middleton would only make two appearances after the turn of 2019.
When the winger was farmed out to Hibs on loan, there was real hope that this would aid his development.

But Middleton was limited to only eight appearances and when new manager Jack Ross was appointed, the writing appeared to be on the cards.
Let’s hope the youngster can get back on track down south and help fire playoff hopefuls, Bradford, to promotion.
