Rangers fans have sarcastically urged the club to “delete” a tweet which includes a picture of the Scottish Premiership trophy in case they “jinx” the club’s league campaign.
Obviously, Rangers are already Champions of Scotland – at the earliest point for over a century – and 55 is in the bag with the Premiership trophy glistening on the horizon.
The Gers will get their hands on the title for the first time in a decade come May when the club hosts Aberdeen on the 15th of the month at Ibrox.
But ahead of the title celebrations later in the year the club released a trolling tweet of the competition’s main prize as the eyes of Rangers fans look forward to silverware.
If you’d told supporters precisely one year ago that the club would be sitting 20 points clear in the hunt for 55 as Celtic buckled under the pressure of 10IAR most probably wouldn’t believe you.
But as it transpires this is absolutely the case with the Gers still unbeaten with five games to go and a Scottish Cup to add to the club’s trophy cabinet.
Now the club’s fans are sarcastically telling the Rangers Twitter admin to delete tweets as they twist the knife.
The club’s supporters are certainly basking in the glory of the league Championship, even if some are being mightily sarcastic about the prospect of lifting it:

It’s party time at Ibrox and supporters will be eager to ramp up the celebrations ahead of what promises to be a legendary weekend in May.
The Gers are probably also due an apology from the government regarding the last round of celebrations as no spike in Covid-19 cases were linked to the heavily condemned scenes the day the club won the title.
