Rangers fans have sent pleading messages to Ianis Hagi on social media after the star tweeted for the first time since March.
Hagi is currently on-loan from Belgian club Genk, but although the Gers have an ‘exclusive’ option to buy at the expiration of the loan [Rangers.co.uk], there’s some uncertainty surrounding his future.

Back in March, reports in Italy picked up by the likes of the Daily Record, claimed that Lazio were interested in the 21-year-old.
Talk of the player moving on was rubbished soon after by club insider Four Lads Had a Dream, but amid the global health crisis, a permanent deal is yet to be signed.
Plenty of Bears have made it clear they want to see the Romania international at Ibrox next season, though.
Tweeting on Thursday evening for the first time in over a month, Hagi reminisced about his match-winning Europa League performance in February.
He scored two goals in the Round of 32 first-leg clash against Braga, as the Gers came from 2-0 down to triumph 3-2.

Hagi completed the comeback with a deflected free-kick in the 82nd minute and alongside club footage of the goal, he wrote ’10 weeks ago…’ followed by a blue heart emoji.
Bears lapped up the footage and many used the post as an opportunity to ask the playmaker to stay on at the club.
