Rangers fans have responded on social media after the SFA made the predictable decision to reject Hibernian’s appeal against the red card received by Ryan Porteous at Ibrox on Sunday.
Porteous was shown a straight red in the 30th minute for a dangerous challenge on Joe Aribo.

The former Scotland youth international went in high and with force on the Gers midfielder and referee Nick Walsh immediately sent him for an early bath.
Hibs had been leading at the time but Rangers would go on to turn the game around and triumph 2-1, courtesy of goals from Kemar Roofe and Alfredo Morelos.
There has been much debate about the decision in the media and Hibs opted to appeal it in the hope that Porteous would escape a ban.
However, the Edinburgh club confirmed on Wednesday morning that their appeal had been rejected.
‘After receiving our appeal, the SFA have deemed his sending off was not a case of wrongful dismissal, which means that Porteous will serve a two-match ban,’ reads a section of their statement [Hibernianfc.co.uk].
