Rangers fans have reacted to the starting XI for tonight’s Scottish Premiership clash against Hamilton at Ibrox as Steven Gerrard’s side look to return to form.

Outside of Europa League achievements, it’s been a wretched start to 2020 for the Gers, who have dropped points on four separate occasions in the league and were knocked out of the Scottish Cup by Hearts at the weekend.

Performance levels have dipped markedly, but after the manager reiterated his commitment to the task in hand in midweek, it’s time to get back to winning ways.

Bottom of the table Hamilton travel to Govan this evening, so theoretically, it should be a straightforward task.

Yet, the team selection shows that the opposition isn’t being taken lightly.

In all, there are four changes to the side who lost at Tynecastle on Saturday evening.

Allan McGregor retains his place between the sticks and the back four remains the same.

However, there are alterations in midfield as Scott Arfield and Ryan Jack drop out, with Glen Kamara coming in and Joe Aribo dropping back.

The big news is that Alfredo Morelos returns to lead the line in place of Greg Stewart, while Ianis Hagi fills the space left by Aribo’s retreat and Florian Kamberi replaces Ryan Kent.

Will this side be good enough to secure all three points?
