Rangers forward Kyle Lafferty has officially left Rangers after his contract was terminated by mutual consent [Rangers.co.uk].
The lanky Northern Irishman was back in Govan for a second spell but never really took the opportunity at Rangers this time around.
Now officially free to speak to other clubs, many Rangers fans have been expressing their frustration at what they see as a wasted second chance at Ibrox.

Many Rangers fans clearly feel the big striker didn’t do enough in his second spell at Ibrox.
His time at Rangers seemed up after the now infamous bounce game against Liverpool where Steven Gerrard was reported to be furious and ready to sell the Ulsterman [Herald].
But Rangers appear to have been unable to recoup a fee for Lafferty, who moved to Ibrox from Hearts last season for an undisclosed amount over £200k.
But there have still been some fans wishing Laff all the best as he enters the next stage of his career.

Where next for the big striker? The player is said to have plenty of options abroad.
Cypriot side Apollon Limassol [Scottish Sun] were first credited with an interest in the player, before there was said to be interest from the Middle East.
The latest club to be linked to Lafferty are Thai outfit Buriram United [Daily Record], who are now free to move for the striker.
