Plenty of Rangers fans have praised Jordan Jones for his cameo against Ross County and his subsequent heartfelt tweet after a rare first-team appearance.
The Northern Ireland international has been very much on the fringes of the Gers squad since his return from injury in the lead up to the winter break.

Despite likely being raring to go after months out with a knee injury, Jones has made just four appearances so far in 2020 and was omitted from the Europa League squad for the knockout stages.
The 25-year-old was criticised by fans for a lacklustre showing against Stranraer in the first fixture of the year and he’s had to settle for just the odd substitute appearance thereafter.
On Sunday, he was introduced with around 15 minutes of normal time remaining, just before Ryan Kent scored his deflected winner.
While Jones didn’t play a direct role in the goal, he did inject some pace and energy into the game, in a way fellow wingers Sheyi Ojo and Brandon Barker have so often failed to do this season.
After the game, he tweeted a picture of the celebrations of Kent’s goal with the caption “Special feeling to be back out there after so long.”
It was a heartfelt post from a player who had made a promising start to his Rangers career at the start of the season, prior to his essentially self-inflicted knee injury.
The tweet went down well with Bears, racking up over seven thousand likes, with plenty of fans praising his impact.
