Thankfully Scottish football appears to have moved on from the fiasco concerning Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos’ “game-over” gesture as he was sent off in the 2-1 win over Celtic.
The Colombian forward has received largely unacceptable treatment in the aftermath of the Parkhead victory as hurting Celtic fans came to terms with the defeat [Daily Record].
But are we about see an unhealthy dose of hypocrisy coming out of Celtic Park after one of their players did the same gesture against Aberdeen?

Boyhood bluenose Greg Taylor did the “cut-throat” gesture as he lay on the ground in Celtic’s 2-1 win at Pittodrie.
The former Killie left-back was down on the pitch injured and used the widely known gesture to signal that his game was over.
Taylor was eventually substituted for Jonny Hayes midway through the second half but the fact he used the gesture to signal his game was over has caught the eye of Rangers fans.
After such a bleary-eyed campaign to demonise Alfredo Morelos for using the gesture at the end of the match at Celtic Park, should we expect the same outcry with regards Taylor?
