Rangers midfielder Steven Davis got the warmest welcome imaginable when the Northern Ireland captain returned home from international duty.
His baby boy was notified when the 34-year-old on-form midfielder had pulled up into his driveway and could not contain his excitement.
In the heartwarming footage, Davis’ wee man is absolutely buzzing to see his old dah again as he runs out to meet him. This is brilliant.

Posted on Davis’ official Instagram account, the youngster is clearly over the moon to see his daddy after a week away with the Ulstermen.
It’s a heartwarming video and it’s had plenty of Rangers fans teary-eyed whilst watching it.
Lovely 💙 highlight of my day getting home to my wee bomber.

It’s a warm welcome home for Steven Davis and a well-earned one too.
The midfielder has been up there with Rangers best performers this season and despite being in his mid-30s appears as fit and capable as ever.
On top of that, Davis is edging ever closer to becoming the most capped British player of all time and equalled David Beckham’s midfield cap record during the break.
Not bad from the boy from Ballymena.
He’s a true legend for his country and might not be done helping them get to major tournaments just yet.
At club level, he’ll have his eyes on bringing success back to Rangers as well.
