Rangers fans have lauded the admin of the Rangers Twitter account for finally delivering a special post after days of pleading from Bears.
It’s only a week since Steven Gerrard left Glasgow to take over at Aston Villa – a move that rocked Ibrox.

As soon as the dust settled, though, most supporters were focused on one man becoming the club’s next manager.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst.
GvB was on an initial shortlist and as reports that Rangers were nearing an agreement multiplied, fans were glued to their phones waiting for confirmation from the club.
Bears pleaded for a hint of some kind from the Rangers Twitter admin, specifically the posting of a GvB strike as the ‘Goal of the Day’.
Tuesday and Wednesday passed by, but on Thursday afternoon at 4.45pm, GvB’s appointment – subject to the receipt of a work permit – was confirmed.

Shortly after the announcement, the admin finally gave in and gave the fans their wish, much to their delight.
A GvB goal against Aberdeen in 1998 was tweeted along with the caption ‘the Goal of the Day you all wanted’.
By the time of writing, the post had racked up over 8k likes and hundreds of replies.
