Rangers are now 13 points clear in the Scottish Premiership after Celtic had to come from behind to rescue a point against St. Johnstone.

The Gers had heaped the pressure on our Old Firm rivals earlier in the day by beating Ross County 4-0 in Dingwall and Celtic couldn’t respond by dropping two points in a 1-1 draw with the Saints.

St. Johnstone striker Chris Kane had given St. Johnstone a late lead but Celtic responded within three minutes thanks to an equaliser for Mohamed Elyounoussi.

The two results leave Rangers 13 points clear of Celtic who have two games in hand to come this season.

Rangers remain unbeaten across all competitions this season stretching their streak to 24 games with the win over County whilst Celtic have only won two matches in their 12.

They have also only won one match in their last six with their baron run surely set to continue due to the fact they’ve got a tough tie against Lille at Parkhead this coming Thursday.

Rangers fans have longed for a league title for a decade and with 55 a genuine possibility this season the club’s supporters reacted to the news Celtic once again dropped points:

It’s been a remarkable fall from grace from our Old Firm rivals as they buckle under the pressure and Rangers continue with a monumental run of form.

Here’s how Rangers fans reacted to the latest protests of Celtic fans as they demand manager Neil Lennon is removed from his role as manager.
