Rangers fans were left bitterly disappointed after a lacklustre display at Easter Road allowed a thuggish Hibernian side to secure a point in a 2-2 draw – with the help of an offside goal.
The Ibrox side dominated much of the match and despite playing Hibs off it for large spells, Rangers never took clear cut chances and failed to inspire confidence in supporters with their display.

But with Hibs’ Martin Boyle offside in the build-up to Christian Doidge’s second-half equaliser, many of the club’s fans have expressed frustration at the officials.
Whilst Rangers perhaps didn’t perform to the best of their abilities, had the officials called the decision correctly then the club would’ve done enough to win the match.
Rangers fans everywhere will accept the fact that the Ibrox club didn’t play to the best of their abilities but when the officials are missing these key decisions it sours the entire competition.
It wasn’t just in missing the offside goal where the officials have been roasted by the Gers support.
Hibs brutes like Ryan Porteous, Paul Hanlon and Drey Wright were not reprimanded seriously enough and given extended reign to physically over-impose themselves on the Rangers players.
Referee Don Robertson let Hibs away with plenty – including elbows, stamps and heel rakes – and fans have expressed their disappointment about the continuing poor refereeing which is making a mockery of the game in Scotland.
The club’s fans have called this out repeatedly in the last few months – especially when they’ve been winning – but it hurts even more when this shocking officiating directly impacts the result.

The result puts Rangers back atop the Scottish Premiership, one point ahead of arch rivals Celtic who have a game in hand.
