We all know Celtic fans as a general aren’t taking 55 all that well but one podder had some pretty delusional things to say regarding Rangers and the SFA.

Taking to A Celtic State of Mind, the podder claimed that Rangers control SFA decision-making before launching into a rant about Covid-19 protocols.

In a hair-brained two minutes you won’t get back, the Celtic fan claims Rangers are governed under “a different set of rules” and claims Rangers have withdrawn the SFA’s “authority” to decide on matters regarding the Gers.

Of course, this wild rant has been lubricated by the tears of 55 and the reality 10IAR was a pipe dream, but seriously, this is something else.

The entire thing appears to concern the Rangers Covid Five appeal and the fact Nathan Patterson – a teenage full-back – will be able to play against Celtic in the Scottish Cup this weekend.

“We know there’s a different set of rules called the five way agreement,” said the podder.

“We already know Rangers have said to the SFA ‘you don’t have the authority to decide on matters involving us’.

“It’s the only club the SFA have decided they don’t have the authority it needs to go to Switzerland.

“Maybe the SFA have realised how impartial they are when it comes to Rangers and that’s why they think they don’t have the authority to deal with matters involving them, we don’t know.

“But for us, surely the least we can expect is fairness.

“Whether that’s Bolingoli or Lennon taking a hammering, we see Steven Gerrard arriving with three or four people in a car, it’s breaching the same regulations.

“The day we lost the league, when Rangers eventually won their first title, the players are leaving four or five in a car, drinking in a car, in breach of regulations.

“The police were there, the SFA were there, it’s been on TV, the investigation is ongoing.”

Rangers fans took to Twitter in collective hilarity over the comments as they drew plenty of attention from the Ibrox club’s supporters:

Rangers fans are certainly basking in the glory of 55 and as the club looks to get their hands on the trophy on the 15th of May, reality is setting in at Parkhead.

The club’s current interim manager also done his chances of getting the job full-time no harm with a rant of his own regarding the Covid Five appeal situation.
