Rangers striker Jermain Defoe showed once again that he hasn’t lost his golden touch when he equalised against Motherwell in the 2-1 win at the weekend.
The Scottish Premiership’s top scorer is averaging a strike every 40 minutes and even at 37 looks every inch the seasoned finisher which has seen him carve out a career down south.
But whilst fans would’ve enjoyed the striker’s finish, they also noticed his flourishing bromance with Alfredo Morelos continue with another celebration together on the sidelines.

There appears to be a superb relationship between the two and it’s clearly helping each other on the pitch.
Football is a squad game and it’s refreshing to see our two main men up top understand each other’s role in the squad.
Morelos stole the show in Porto with yet another sublime Europa League finish, only for Defoe to do the same on his return to the side against Motherwell.

Both strikers are on inspired form and have scored 27 goals between them already this season, a feat made even more impressive by the fact they don’t play in the same XI.
Morelos has hit 15, ten of which have been in Europe, whilst Defoe’s 12 goals, nine of which have been in the Scottish Premiership, see him leading the domestic league’s scoring charts.
