Rangers coach Michael Beale would’ve seen the funny side as he corrected an earlier tweet about Rangers’ matchwinner against Livingston, Glen Kamara.

In a positive post, the likeable and talented Rangers coach sent his congratulations to the team and to the Finnish international.

Nothing out of the ordinary – only he suggested it was Glen Kamara’s first goal for Rangers, forgetting about the former Dundee midfielder’s strike against his old side last season.

Beale quoted his old tweet with the correction on Twitter.

The former Chelsea, Sao Paulo and Liverpool coach joined Rangers as part of the backroom staff when Steven Gerrard accepted the job at Ibrox.

Michael Beale has clearly taken to life at Rangers and you get the impression that the first-team coach is really enjoying the challenge in Glasgow.

The passionate football coach has been one of the biggest inspirations behind Rangers transformation under Gerrard.

Rangers have lost one game in 17 this season as the Ibrox club look to build a side capable of bringing silverware home to Ibrox.

Should the club reach the final, they’ll play either Hibernian or Old Firm rivals Celtic come December.

The semi-finals will take place across the weekend of the 2nd & 3rd of November.
