Jordan Jones will join Rangers this summer.
The Kilmarnock winger signed a pre-contract agreement with the club back in January, as did Glen Kamara.
Of course, a permanent deal for Kamara was thrashed out during the last throes of the window. Therefore, he’s already had an opportunity to get started at Ibrox.

Jones, on the other hand, is still plying his trade for Killie.

Should Gers fans be concerned by a dip in form?

The Northern Ireland international entered 2019 on fire.
Ironically, he effectively derailed his future club’s title bid, with the winner when the two side’s met at Rugby Park.
That was just part of a prolonged hot streak, though. He scored four times in five SPL matches either side of the winter break, with three of those goals helping to seal wins for his team.

However, since then, he has drawn a blank.
He is now goalless in five appearances in all competitions.
Yet, it’s clearly not just the 24-year-old who is struggling.
Killie have stalled lately, with the team scoring just three times in February.
A mini dry spell is also not unexpected with Jones.
Rangers know they aren’t getting the finished article, and
inconsistency is very much part of his game at the minute.

In fact,
before his run of four in five, he hadn’t scored all season.
The important thing, is that Jones continues to play and develop between now and the end of the campaign.
When he joins Rangers, he will be surrounded by better players week in, week out and his game will go up a level.
Bears already know this guy is a match-winner, and they should still be excited about his imminent arrival.
