Steven Gerrard rolled back the years as his stunning last-minute strike secured a 3-2 win for the Liverpool Legends in a charity match with their AC Milan equivalents.
Rangers fans have been more used to seeing the Liverpool legend in a nice suit recently.
But the Gers Gaffer was back in the red of his beloved Liverpool, and as is tradition, had the final say on proceedings at Anfield.

Robbie Fowler had Liverpool 1-0 up before the interval as the iconic striker also did what he does best.
After a host of half-time changes, Djibril Cisse fired Liverpool into a 2-0 lead. But a trademark freekick from none other than Andrea Pirlo pulled one back for a resurgent Milan.
Giuseppi Pancaro must’ve thought he’d rescued a draw for the Italian outfit late on, but it was Stevie G who popped up for the Liverpool Legends just before the final whistle. Who else?
The Rangers connection didn’t end there as Gennaro Gattuso was also involved for AC Milan. The fiery Italian remains a cult hero at Ibrox. But he couldn’t prevent the current Rangers’ Manager taking the spoils for his Liverpool side in a pulsating finish.

The match was set-up to raise money for the Liverpool Foundation and failed to disappoint all those who turned out to see some iconic stars.
Both sides had plenty of players who starred in that iconic night in Istanbul. And just like he did that night, Gerrard had a huge say in what happened on this one.
The Rangers Legends also had their own charity match today – a seven-goal thriller at Blackpool’s Bloomfield Road.
