Rangers linked Austrian striker and Clermont frontman Adrian Grbic is set for a £9m move to Ligue 1, according to a report in France.
Both Rangers and Celtic were linked to the 17-goal forward as recently as April [TEAMtalk] and such are the fees being banded around Grbic would surely be seen as a contingency for an Alfredo Morelos exit.
Likewise, the fees involved would suggest Grbic, 23, is a potential replacement should Odsonne Edouard move on from the Celtic Park club.

There has been nothing official on Rangers’ interest in this player but the striker’s name has been one mooted as a potential target in recent months.
However, MaLigue2 are now reporting that the striker will be moving to Brest for €10m (£9m), with €5million up front, €2million next season and another €3million in bonuses.
It’s a considerable outlay for a player who has no experience of top-level football but one which will surely excite Brest supporters.
Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos has been routinely linked with a move out of the club, with Everton the latest side linked to the player [Area Napoli].

Reports suggesting discussions had taken place about the Colombian striker at Napoli were also rubbished by the player’s agent last week [Golombianos].
Nonetheless, it is clear Rangers require an extra option up front with the club also heavily linked to the likes of Livingston’s Lyndon Dykes this summer [Daily Mail].
