Rangers and Celtic are frontrunners in the race to secure Atletico Madrid wonderkid Rodrigo Riquelme, according to a report in Spain.
Marca is claiming that the Old Firm duo are monitoring the situation of the youngster after he impressed in a recent 4-0 UEFA Youth League demolition of the Ibrox U-19s.
According to the report, the interest in Riquelme comes as Atleti seek to tie the creative attacking midfielder down on a new contract which gets rid of his current €30m release clause.
