Rangers take on Porto this evening at the Estadio do Dragao in a crunch Europa League Group G encounter.
Given Porto’s recent form, it’s a big ask to get anything from the game.
While they have won one and lost one in the group so far, they have won their last eight domestic matches, keeping seven clean sheets across that time.

That’s a formidable defensive record, and given they have the likes of three-time Champions League winner Pepe at the back, the Gers attackers are likely to be feeding off scraps.
By the same token, though, this opposition isn’t unbeatable and if Gerrard’s side can show organisation, resilience and ruthlessness when given opportunities, anything could happen.
Following Sunday’s draw with Hearts, the manager has made four changes to the side.
At the back, Filip Helander comes in as he has done for each European game so far, replacing Nikola Katic.
In midfield, Ryan Jack comes back from injury to start, with Joe Aribo dropping to the bench.

Meanwhile, fit-again Ryan Kent returns to the XI, with Sheyi Ojo, who was poor at Tynecastle, dropping out.
Finally, in a surprising move, the off-colour Scott Arfield drops out of the side, but not for Greg Stewart. Instead, Brandon Barker comes in as Gerrard goes for two wingers on the road.

The return of two key performers in Kent and Jack has been very well received amongst supporters, with the two players adding flair and solidity respectively. The left-field inclusion of Barker has also earned some praise.
