Polarising former Rangers star Josh Windass has uploaded a picture alongside ex-Gers striker Kenny Miller during Sheffield Wednesday’s weekend fixture against Lincoln City.
The pair played with each other during Windass’ time in Glasgow – including under Pedro Caixinha – and clearly retain a relationship even after both their spells in Glasgow have come to an end.
Great to see this man at Hillsborough yesterday come down to watch the boys 🦉 🇬🇧 pic.twitter.com/OABrPB8ylQ

Attacker Windass, now 27, claimed it was fantastic to see Kenny at Hillsborough as he paid tribute to the former Ibrox striker.
Windass never played in the eventual 1-1 League One draw with Lincoln City due to a hamstring injury which has kept him out all season.
The winger has yet to kick a League One ball for the Owls and underwent surgery due to the troublesome issue at the turn of August with a return date still “to be confirmed”.
Polarising ex-star Josh Windass still popular with Rangers fans on social media
The forward remains prominent on social media in interacting with Gers fans and is never slow to nail his colours to the mast when it comes to the Ibrox club.
But the circumstances surrounding Windass’ exit from Ibrox – shortly after the arrival of Steven Gerrard – make him a polarising player for fans.
Windass infamously left the club after taking offence to the fact Rangers were willing to accept a £2.5m offer from Wigan for his services.
A talented player undoubtedly, Windass has previously listed the manner and timing of his exit as a major regret.
Ibrox icon Kenny Miller – who remains a legend to some – isn’t without his own polarising Rangers star status.
Miller – who is now working with the West Sydney Wanderers in the A-League – had three separate spells at Ibrox and scored over 100 goals for Rangers.
But a season-long stint at Celtic Park in 2006/2007 has always stuck in the minds of some fans, with the striker even scoring against Rangers in an Old Firm derby.
However, the striker also scored 10 goals against Celtic and over 100 for Rangers, so there’s definitely a case to be made for the player’s legendary status.
Speaking of 100 goal strikers, here’s the five best strikes in the career of the latest Ibrox centurion.
