Sometimes, you could almost feel sorry for Philippe Clement given some of the goals that Rangers have lost on their travels this season.
However, when you look at the statistics and the Scottish Premiership table, the manager has very little defence when it comes to keeping his job.
Rangers draw against Dundee makes it four away games in a row without a win with Clement offering a worrying analysis of the dismal performance.

What did Philippe Clement say as Rangers flop again?
Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, the Gers boss felt that his team were in total control:
“You give a lot of leave to the opponent also in that way. On the other side, we didn’t give away much today again. I don’t remember one big save of Liam (Kelly) today.
“I think Clinton (Nsiala) did a good game for his first game. But you lose the points because today on the offensive part, we didn’t show enough to make the difference and to break open the game that Dundee had to come also.
“So, now they could defend with 10 players behind the ball all the time with one striker deep and hoping for transitions.
“We had the ball, we took most of the transitions really well out, but we were not decisive enough in the final third.”
Has Clement taking any personal responsibility?
Clement is completely missing the point.
This interview could be copied and pasted for almost every away game given how Rangers have performed.
Cheap goals have been conceded with the goalkeeper having little to do but not enough being done at the other end of the park.
There isn’t the excuse of injuries either with almost all of his attacking players available for selection other than Tom Lawrence.
Teams set up with 10-men behind the ball and look to counter attack, that’s what they do, and that’s what they have always done.
Steven Gerrard struggled against the low block, but not to this extent, and not to every team in the league.
He would also take personal responsibility from time to time, a quality that Clement is yet to display.
