There is a gloomy picture being painted for Philippe Clement at Rangers right now.
Things are not getting any better for the manager after defeat to Aberdeen which sees them and Celtic both stretch their lead over the Gers to nine points.
It’s a second loss in three league games after the 1-0 reverse at Kilmarnock and a third of the season after just ten games played.
The fact Aberdeen are doing so well is piling further pressure on the manager as it’s not just Celtic he is playing catch up to and even a top two spot could be at risk.

What Philippe Clement is demanding from his Rangers players
Up next for Rangers is a massive Premier Sports Cup final against Motherwell. Successfully defending that trophy could give the manager some leeway.
Then there is a Europa League trip to Olympiacos before potentially tough league games against Hearts and Dundee United.
The Belgian is demanding his players bring the fight and be brave and aggressive in those games. Although he insists they did do that last night and fought until the end.
In an interview with Rangers TV, he said: “They need to fight, they need to dig in. They need to show braveness, they need to show aggressiveness.
“They need to show hunger to get better results, starting on Sunday again.
“You don’t get anything with anybody giving up and you didn’t see a team who gave up.
“This team pushed to the last minute to score the decisive goal or the 2-2. We had a really good chance in the last minute with a header just next to the post.
“So, the team dug in and that’s what I want to see in the next game and the next weeks and months, without any question.”
Is it time for Rangers boss Clement to go?
Questions over Clement’s future at the club are becoming more and more fervent with every passing disappointment.
Kris Boyd had another full-time rant in which he addressed many failings at the club and it’s certainly not all on the manager from his point of view.
But, asked if he should go, he said: “Yes, for me now he does. Because I think there is progression you could could him some slack because there is players coming in, like he keeps saying it is a new group.
“Eight of the 11 were already at the football club before he came in. That’s not progression.”
