Rangers boss Philippe Clement admits some of his Rangers players don’t have enough of one thing, spelling bad news for their futures.
Clement was appointed in October to replace Michael Beale, who ultimately failed to get the best out of the squad he built.
But the Belgian has proved that the players Beale signed in the summer do have quality because he is currently doing everything right to maximise their potentials.
And it has shown in the results Clement has produced for Rangers, as he looks to close down an incredible 123-year record set by the club’s first-ever manager William Wilton.
Clement has improved players such as Cyriel Dessers, John Lundstram and Abdallah Sima among others.
But in a recent interview with Sky Sports pundit and former Rangers scoring sensation Kris Boyd, the 49-year-old admits there are players in his team who he can’t improve in one area.

And that is their winning mentality and a hunger to keep on winning regardless of how high they feel amid a brilliant run of form, which has included a Viaplay Cup win against Aberdeen.
Speaking to Boyd on Sky Sports before the Old Firm clash on Saturday, an honest Clement said: “For me, winners are people who do it (win) all the time.
“They’ve shown this in moments, they show a resilience in moments also. But we still have a long way to go to win more trophies.
“And for me, the real winners are the ones who win something and they have even more hunger to win the next game and I want to create more of those in this dressing room.
“I see several players with that potential but not all. But that is also a reality, it is never like that in one dressing room. The real winners must take the others with them.
“I want to choose players who will do their jobs, not only the most talented players. For me, talent is not only what you do with the ball but also without the ball.”
