Rangers are down to the bare bones upfront and on the wings with players like Todd Cantwell being sorely missed.
The 25-year old playmaker might have made a difference on Saturday, and it looks as though Gers boss Philippe Clement might not have to endure his absence for too much longer.
Posting on X, Rangers fans have been given some much needed good news by Todd Cantwell with the mercurial forward giving an update on his fitness.

Rangers fans given Todd Cantwell injury boost
The issue isn’t that we don’t have anyone in the squad capable of playing in the number 10 role that he has impressed in under the big Belgian.
It’s the knock on effect of him not being available.
Tom Lawrence is being relied on more than Clement would probably want to.
There is no doubting his quality but the last two seasons dictate that his minutes have to be managed.
The other issue, is that we are now down to just Scott Wright as our only fit winger.
It might not be ideal and there are a couple of square pegs in round holes but a forward line with Lawrence, Cantwell and Fabio Silva as the three behind the striker at least offers creativity and a goal threat.
Todd Cantwell being fit again means that Rangers would be able to move Lawrence out to the left where he has spent most of his career before coming to Ibrox.
Above everything though, he raises the quality of the squad.
Posting on X, Cantwell, who was once valued as high as a reported £50m, had a simple “back soon” in addition to a compilation video of his best hits of the season.
In a title race that is going to go to the wire, this will be music to Philippe Clement’s ears.
Against Motherwell, Mohamed Diomande looked a lot more comfortable when he dropped back into the number eight role where he scored two goals in two games previously.
He is clearly a good player but he doesn’t have the same ball carrying threat that Cantwell does which is essential against most SPFL teams who attempt to press and then sit in.
