Neil Lennon is having a laugh – and not because Celtic beat Rangers today.
The Celtic manager’s invincible hardman Scott Brown conducted himself with all the class of a pub glassing today, and yet here he is bigging him up.
Worse than that the Celtic manager claims Brown is the one who’s been mistreated. Mental. If Brown’s performance deserves protection, we’re on to plums. He was a disgrace today, let’s be fair.
Neil Lennon has had plenty to say about the entire thing and thinks Brown is the one who’s been strung up.

“I’m not happy with the treatment of Scott Brown today,” Lennon said, as quoted by BBC Scotland.
“He’s been elbowed [by Morelos] and then pushed or punched in the face by another player and really Rangers should have been down to nine men,” Lennon told BBC Scotland.
“Ryan Kent, after we scored the second goal, has either slapped or punched him in the face and it’s just unacceptable at this level of football.”
If the Celtic manager genuinely thinks that Scott Brown needs protection, I’ll be flabbergasted.
The Celtic captain was an utter disgrace today and should’ve potentially been reprimanded more than Alfredo Morelos should’ve.
He’s obviously defending his player, but if he genuinely thinks Scott Brown is the one in need of support, he needs to take the green tinted specs off.
