Rangers manager Michael Beale has said that he wants Ryan Kent to sign a new contract and stay at the club, as quoted in The Scottish Sun.
Beale has added that he wants Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos to stay at the Gers beyond the end of the season as well.
Winger Kent and Colombian striker Morelos both are out of contract at Rangers at the end of the season.
Rangers boss Beale has added that he would also like the club to make Malik Tillman’s loan deal from Bayern Munich permanent too.
Michael Beale wants Ryan Kent to stay at Rangers
Beale said: “Listen, there is the players having their ideas and the club having theirs. I am navigating through both of that.
“Everyone knows my relationship with Ryan and Alfredo is really really strong. They have both been here a long time and if they chose not to be here that would be on them.

“I would like them both to remain but that has all got to fit in with their plans and the club’s plans as well.
“Malik is a no brainer for me, I would like him to be here for a number of years. He is an excellent young player and he is enjoying his football here.”
What should Ryan Kent do?
In our view, Ryan Kent should seriously consider staying at Rangers beyond the end of the season.
Beale has made it clear in public now that he wants the former Liverpool winger to stay at Rangers.
Now, of course, we know that there has been interest in the 26-year-old from clubs in the Premier League.
Leeds United have long been linked with Kent, while there was speculation in the January transfer window that Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers wanted to sign the Englishman.
However, Kent is settled at Rangers, and the fans love him.
Under Beale, Rangers will be determined to win the Scottish Premiership title this season, and Kent should be looking to be a part of that.
