Celtic’s ultras group the Green Brigade are never shy of stirring up controversy and the Celtic fans unfurled yet another banner at Celtic Park against Dunfermline.
Referring to the apparent stinginess of their board – despite having the biggest wage and transfer budget in Scotland – the banner claims Peter Lawwell and company are gambling on 10 in a row.
But more than just show their frustration with the Celtic board, it shows the fear coming out of Parkhead about Rangers’ form this season.

The banner reads “this is how it feels to be Celtic, downsizing again as you know, the Celtic board are gambling 10 in a row”.
There is growing frustration in the Celtic support as Rangers begin to light a fire underneath our Old Firm rivals.
At the same time that Rangers are flying in Govan, Celtic are threatening to come apart at the seams.
From calls to sack Neil Lennon to Tommy Sheridan’s now-iconic social media meltdown, there’s a real nervousness in the air at Celtic Park.

Rangers have to focus on themselves and keep doing things right.
But with banners like this, the Green Brigade are providing further evidence that there is a real fear about the Rangers title challenge this season.
