Rangers stars have been out of white and blue for the past week, with players featuring for their international sides instead.
Heading into the international break, Philippe Clement‘s squad sits comfortably second in the Scottish Premiership.
It’s been an up-and-down season thus far, but it now appears the manager and the coaching staff have got the Gers finally playing the way he wants – which gives fans real hope in their hunt for trophies this season.
But one thing the Belgian boss doesn’t have the reigns over is how his players perform over the international break. Here’s how some of the Rangers lot got on.
Jose Cifuentes in VAR controversy…

Jose Cifuentes appeared to have scored his first-ever goal in an Ecuadorian shirt against Venezuela.
The £1.2m man was first to pounce from a ricocheted corner and prodded the ball home from six yards to get what was seemingly his first goal for his country in his 18th cap.
The goal was eventually ruled out after a huge delay, Pacho being adjudged to be offside by some seriously fine margins…
Which ultimately sends Jose Cifuentes back to Glasgow
Following the misery of having his goal disallowed, Cifuentes is on his way back to Glasgow having been sent home from international duty.
The 24-year-old could have seriously done with a half-decent international break. He’s currently not in favour in Clement’s side.
The time away could have been the catalyst to kick-start his season, but it hasn’t really gone to plan. He will now return to Glasgow, with a very fair reason being the case.
Loanee Ianis Hagi provides heroics

Rangers-owned Ianis Hagi became a Romanian hero on Saturday night as he fired his country into the European Championships.
His side fell behind after just two minutes but quickly levelled it up, knowing that a winner would send them all the way to the promised land.
Come of the hour, come of the man. It was the Rangers loanee who was the hero in the 60th minute as he drilled home a superb strike to send Romania into a state of ecstasy.
Clement now certainly has something to think about in regards to the Romanian…
Ryan Jack Scotland minutes highlight an impending Rangers issue…
Ryan Jack is the only Scotland regular in the Rangers setup at the moment. His appearance against Norway was the 17th for his country.
However, over the course of the two games thus far, Jack has only played 11 in 180 minutes of football in the clashes against Georgia and Norway.
This seriously does pose a monumental impending issue for Rangers, which needs to be addressed…
