Former Rangers striker Jermain Defoe has taken to Instagram to heap praise on Ibrox striker Kemar Roofe after his hattrick against St Mirren.
Gers star Roofe hit three goals in the 4-0 win over the Buddies in Paisley as he finally found the back of the net amid a season-ending injury to Alfredo Morelos.

Rangers had toiled in front of goal in matches against Celtic and Braga and the strikes will serve as a timely confidence boost to the forward as the season bottlenecks.
Rangers are still fighting on three fronts and with no Alfie, Kemar is going to be vital to the Ibrox side both progressing in Europe and securing domestic glory of any kind.
Taking to Instagram, Jermain Defoe heaped praise on Kemar Roofe after his performance against the Paisley Saints, describing the forward as his “little bro”.
