Jamie Murphy shares inspirational message as he recovers from injury

Rangers winger Jamie Murphy has shared an inspirational message on social media as he recovers from injury.
The talented forward has been out since August after rupturing an anterior cruciate ligament on Kilmarnock’s artificial pitch. Whilst he was initially ruled out until the end of the season, he may well return to the side this year.
It shows how committed the player is to coming back stronger, as does this update on his Twitter page.

It’s a nice take on injury from Barcelona and Spain legend Xavi and obviously something Murphy identifies with.
In February Murphy opened up on his recovery in an interview with Rangers TV. The former Brighton man spoke about being up to two months away from full training. Read our story on that HERE.
“I’m almost there but I still think six to eight weeks away from training,” said Murphy. “But I’m doing more, a lot more running, twisting and turning and a touch of the ball is always good as well,”
Rangers fans were also quick to wish the player their best after he was pictured at the Tenerife winter training camp.

Everyone at Ibrox is willing the player to come back stronger and better. And what an asset Rangers might have when he does.
The player was just beginning to settle into form and would’ve been an important part of the side this year.
Could he yet have a big role to play before the season ends?
