Rangers loanee Ross McCrorie’s nightmarish stint at Portsmouth continued on Saturday afternoon as he picked up yet another injury.
The Scotland U21 skipper has had to deal with it all after moving south of the border in the summer.

He’s faced suspension, being dropped, positional changes and injury in just a matter of months and his luck shows no sign of turning anytime soon.
McCrorie has only recently re-established himself in Kenny Jackett’s XI, having missed several weeks of action in November due to a hamstring problem.
He started Saturday’s 3pm kick-off at right-back against high-flying Ipswich Town, but he wouldn’t even make it to half time.
The Gers Academy graduate was substituted after just 41 minutes, with the Pompey Twitter account stating that he had been ‘forced off due to injury.’
As yet there has been no confirmation of the nature of the problem, but Pompey and Gers fans alike will be hoping it’s nothing serious.
It’s been an extremely stop-start campaign for McCrorie and this latest setback comes after Kenny Jackett said Rangers would be within their rights to recall the loanee in January [The News, Portsmouth].
