Rangers could play Legia Warsaw in the Playoff Round of Europa League Qualifying should the Ibrox side get past Danes FC Midtjylland and Legia knock out Greek outfit Atromitos.
Should things go to plan for both Rangers and the Poles, it’ll be Legia Warsaw’s first trip to Glasgow since August 2014.
And there’s very little doubt Legia Warsaw supporters will have forgotten their last trip to Scotland.

The last time Warsaw came to Glasgow they drew Old Firm rivals Celtic. The Polish side hammered Celtic 4-1 in the first leg, before winning the return 2-0 at Murrayfield.
But during the match, the Legia brought on Bartosz Beresynski for the final four minutes of the second leg victory.
The Polish defender, now at Sampdoria in Serie A, was supposed to be serving a suspension following a red card for violent conduct in the Europa League the season previously.
As a result, UEFA punished Legia by awarding Celtic the match 3-0, meaning our rivals went through on away goals.
Celtic would eventually be knocked out in the Champions League Playoff Round by 2-1 by Maribor of Slovenia but the events of the Legia game have left a very bad taste in the mouth of their supporters.

You can bet that should Rangers and Legia both progress to the Playoff round, Legia’s notoriously passionate supporters might be inclined to make a statement about the entire thing.
Their fans have a history of powerful banners and tifos.
The backdrop of the Celtic incident certainly makes any potential match more enticing – and you imagine Rangers fans will get a warm welcome in Poland should both clubs progress.
