What Derek McInnes plans to get from his pre-season training camp?
McInnes will be aware, having watched Rangers as a rival manager for years, what their strengths and weaknesses are.
He not only understands the league perfectly, but he also knows what it means to be at Ibrox and the expectations that come with it.
The 55-year-old will likely be working on a lot of individual drills with players and also assessing his squad in intra-squad games on the training ground to see who best fits his system.
There will be certain players who do not, and he will be in talks with the board to get them out the door as soon as possible.
A number of players are still to report for pre-season as they have been given time off following the World Cup, so that could delay certain decisions McInnes makes this summer.
