Steven Gerrard has delivered an injury update, as quoted by the Official Rangers Twitter, ahead of Sunday’s Scottish Premiership clash against Hamilton.
There’s bad news with regards to two players, but a surprising glimmer of hope for another.

Gerrard delivers Rangers injury update
Ryan Jack limped out of the Gers’ 2-1 defeat away at BSC Young Boys on Thursday night and the manager has confirmed that he is out for the weekend.
The player went for a scan on Friday in an attempt to determine the severity of the problem. Although it’s hoped he won’t be out for too long, he’s a major doubt for Scotland’s two fixtures next week.
Centre-back, Filip Helander, also picked up a problem whilst in Europa League action. The big Swede is suffering from a minor foot injury, and therefore, is likely to drop out for Nikola Katic.
Somewhat surprisingly, though, Gerrard floated the possibility of Joe Aribo returning to action.
He has what is described as a ‘small outside chance’ of taking on Accies after missing the last two matches.
Livingston’s Ricki Lamie caught him in the head during the early stages of last month’s League Cup quarter-final, producing a cut which required 20 stitches. The following day, Gerrard said he’d be very surprised if Aribo featured again before the international break [Scottish Sun].
The 23-year-old seems to be recovering well, though and returned to training earlier this week wearing a head guard.
There was no big update on either Ryan Kent or Jordan Jones, so it can be assumed that they won’t return to action until the back end of the month.
Here’s our Predicted XI for the Ibrox clash.
