Latest Rangers signing Fashion Sakala celebrated signing on at Ibrox ahead of next season by scoring a goal for Belgian outfit KV Oostende this weekend.
The Zambian international forward has signed a pre-contract deal with the Gers and the club announced the move this week as planning continues for the next campaign.

The 24-year-old striker is a renowned speed merchant and an exciting prospect for the Gers who have secured the player on a four-year deal.
Starting Oostende’s Pro Jupiler League clash with divisional rivals Mechelen, Sakala opened the scoring in an eight goal thriller which ultimately saw his side lose 5-3.
The striker netted within the first 14 minutes before Arthur Theatre doubled the club’s lead on the half hour mark.
However Mechelen would rally to score three goals in four minutes between the 34th and 38th minutes of the game to turn the match on its head.
Andrew Hulsjager thought he’d rescued a point for Oostende with nine minutes remaining to make it 3-3 but late goals from Jordi Vanlerberghe and Igor de Camargo ensured it was Mechelen’s day.
Despite the loss Oostende remain on track to secure a Europa League place as they currently top the Europa League play-off group.

Rangers fans will be more concerned with the progress of Fashion Sakala and will be delighted to hear he has scored his 14th goal of a productive season.
Excitement is building ahead of the player joining the ranks at Ibrox and the club’s fans have already adopted a pop classic in homage to the striker.
