Former Celtic striker Frank McAvennie has made an interesting revelation about him joining Rangers.
Historically, given the huge rivalry between the two Old Firm clubs, only 20 players have featured for both clubs.
The two clubs locked horns last week, with the game ending 2-2, and will take each other on again on Sunday in the Scottish Premiership.

Frank McAvennie reveals Graeme Souness spoke to him about joining Rangers
In an interview with the Scottish Sun, McAvennie has revealed that Graeme Souness spoke to him about joining Rangers.
The club held talks with the striker over a move and he admits that he understood what Souness was trying to do at Ibrox.
However, given the rivalry between the two clubs, McAvennie decided against joining the Gers.
Mo Johnston did make the move from the Hoops to the Light Blues three years after he did, and that was described as one of the most controversial transfers in Scottish football history.

McAvennie, a lifelong Celtic fan, has admitted that it was unfortunate to lose his teammate to their arch rivals, but acknowledges that he joined a good team.
He said: “They were talking to me about it. They spoke to me. Graeme [Souness] spoke to me about going there.
“I understood what Graeme was wanting to do.
“Wasn’t gonna happen, you know? It’s Glasgow.
“Unfortunately, Mo [Johnston] went and he joined a good team.”

How McAvennie would have fared at Rangers
McAvennie was known to be a prolific goal scorer in his heyday, and he could have formed a lethal partnership with Rangers legend Ally McCoist.
The former Celtic striker scored goals for fun at West Ham, finding the back of the net 26 times in one league season, outscored only by Gary Lineker.
He would have joined a Gers squad filled with star-studded talents like Terry Butcher and Chris Woods, and become part of Souness’ revolution in Glasgow.
However, on the flip side, Souness, known to be a disciplinarian, would not have liked some of the things McAvennie did off the pitch, given the fact that the latter preferred a flamboyant lifestyle.
While it would have been interesting to see him representing the club on the field, he perhaps would not have been the best presence behind the scenes.
