Former Rangers player Aidan Wilson scored his first goal since leaving Ibrox in a 2-1 comeback win for Crusaders over Portadown in the NIFL Premiership on Wednesday.
Wilson came up through the ranks at Rangers and made a pair of first-team appearances at centre-back during the 2016/17 season.

Injuries ensured he wasn’t able to kick on, though, and after stop-start loan stints at Dumbarton, Forfar Athletic and Edinburgh City, he was released in June 2020.
It didn’t take the 22-year-old long to find a new challenge, though, with Northern Irish club Crusaders swooping for him on a two-year deal just a few months later [Belfast Live].
A few niggles aside, he appears to have put his injuries woes behind him and has featured regularly for the Belfast club this season.
He made his 22nd appearance on Wednesday night away to Portadown and helped to pull off a much-needed comeback victory.
The Crues were 1-0 down at Shamrock Park following four consecutive defeats, but the former Ger levelled the scores in the 79th minute with a close-range finish before Jordan Owens completed the turnaround a minute later.

Crusaders traditionally challenge at the top end of the league, winning the title as recently as the 2017/18 season, but it has been a difficult campaign to date and they currently sit seventh.
The win ensures that they are now only three points behind fifth-placed Ballymena United, though, and Wilson will be hoping this much-needed win will spark a late charge up the table.
Another former Rangers defender is reportedly set to be released by a European top-flight club at the end of the season.
