Former Rangers player Joe Worrall scored in Nottingham Forest’s 4-1 win over Leicester in the FA Cup to send the holders and former rival coach Brendan Rodgers packing.
Forest had defeated Arsenal in what was a famous victory in the previous round and when they drew the holders in the next round, there were hopes of another famous upset, and fans weren’t disappointed.

Two quickfire goals from Phillip Zinckernagel and Brennan Johnson fired the Championship side into a two-goal lead to continue where they left off in the third round.
Worrall scored the side’s third goal with a header from a corner as Forest before Kelechi Iheanacho pulled one back for Leicester.
This wasn’t enough as Djed Spence extended the lead back to three goals on the hour mark and it was a lead that Forest didn’t relinquish to secure a famous victory.
Joe Worrall sends former rival manager Brendan Rodgers packing from FA Cup
Worrall signed for Rangers on loan in 2018 during Steven Gerrards first season in charge of the Ibrox side.
He wasn’t exactly a success during his season-long spell, as Celtic won the treble, and some poor performances didn’t endear him to the Rangers’ support.
His goal against Leicester did exact some revenge on former Celtic rival manager Brendan Rodgers, who was in charge of the club when Worrall came to Glasgow.
The defender’s goal was even more of a surprise considering he was looking at facing six weeks out with a rib injury just a couple of weeks ago.
Although his time at the Gers wasn’t a success, he has made his mark at Forest and the next step is to achieve promotion with the underperforming side.

They haven’t appeared in the Premier League since 1999 and with their recent FA Cup wins anything to go by, they would be good value in the top flight.
In other news, three main talking points have emerged from Rangers victory over Hearts.
