Former Rangers triallist Andrew Gutman could be moved on from Old Firm rivals Celtic without ever playing a game for the Parkhead club.
American left-back Gutman was on trial at Rangers in the December of 2018 but instead wound up at Celtic Park in the January transfer window of 2019.

The player claimed that both teams were “interested” when he made the decision at the start of last year [American Soccer Now].
However, Gutman never once got the chance to play for Celtic and he was immediately farmed back out on loan with Charlotte Independence and then FC Cincinnati.
Despite talking up his ambitions to earn a place with the Celtic team in the summer, the Parkhead club have spent heavily in the left-back position over the last two seasons.
Celtic have splashed out to sign Greg Taylor, Boli Bolingoli and Diego Laxalt over the last few seasons meaning Gutman has barely got a look in.
Now, his future at Celtic Park appears to be up in the air after Cincinnati revealed they were in discussions over the player’s future.
Gutman, 24, was a highly rated American talent when he signed for Celtic and joined the club off the back of winning the prestigious MAC Hermann trophy.
This is the award given to the best US college soccer player by the Missouri Athletics Club each year.
When Rangers were interested in the player the Ibrox club was also poorly stocked in the left-back position.
Croatian international Borna Barisic was struggling to find his feet whilst Andy Halliday and Jon Flanagan were not naturals in the position.
The likelihood is Gutman would’ve probably got more opportunities had he ended up at Rangers but for whatever reason, his decision to join Celtic has not paid off.
