Ex-Rangers star Barrie McKay has been pictured learning a new trade as the former Ibrox winger looks to diversify his skill set.
Now at Swansea City, the 25-year-old was snapped learning to become a hairdresser as he sported a brand-new haircut.

The right-winger was enjoying a hairdressing tutorial with Hair Education UK who tagged the Scotsman in an Instagram post.
McKay spent last season on loan at Fleetwood Town under the stewardship of ex-Rangers midfielder Joey Barton and has returned to Swansea this season.
However, alongside fellow ex-Ger Declan John the winger has been told he is free to find a new club as boss Steve Cooper looks to freshen up his squad ahead of the new Championship season [Daily Record].
McKay is best remembered by the Rangers support for that long-range screamer in the 2-2 penalty kicks win over Celtic in the Scottish Cup in 2016.
Despite being considered amongst the brightest youth prospects of Rangers McKay was sold to Nottingham Forest for a reported £500k by Pedro Caixinha.
The following season the player would sign a three-year deal at the Liberty Stadium but it hasn’t worked out for the winger and he is now set to move on from the Welsh club.
Should things not work out in football, good on McKay for trying to add another string to his bow.

Should he be successful, it wouldn’t the first time someone has moved on from Rangers and went on to excel in another profession.
Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay was a trialist for Rangers back in the 1980s.
