Former Rangers midfielder Sean Goss will be back at Ibrox this year after he signed with St. Johnstone.
The QPR midfielder will join the Perthshire Saints on loan until the end of the season.
Goss spent the second half of last season on loan at Ibrox. The Germany born Northern Irish midfielder was impressive in the early stages of his loan but seemed to fade away as the season progressed.

The midfielder made 21 appearances for Rangers, scoring twice. Both goals were stunning free-kicks, one of them against new side St. Johnstone in a 3-0 win in Perth last year.

A classy player who lacks consistency

There looked a classy player in Sean Goss at times but he drifted in and out of the side. The former Manchester United youth struggled with consistency and eventually moved back to Loftus Road.
Still only 23, now Goss will look to resurrect his career at McDiarmid Park. Saints Manager Tommy Wright is delighted to have him on board.

“We’re delighted to get Sean in,” said Wright, as quoted in the Daily Record. “He’s a player with a good pedigree who has experience of playing in the league having had a spell with Rangers last season.
“He’s a player who is very comfortable on the ball and is a threat from set pieces. Our fans will remember – not too fondly – the free-kick he scored against us last season.
“He’s got a great range of passing and a fantastic left foot, and he’s someone who is ready to go fitness wise having played 90 minutes just last week.”
The roaming midfielder will make a return to Ibrox when the Saints come visit Govan in a fortnight’s time.
Speaking of deadline day midfield signings, Rangers fans are pretty happy themselves after the club secured one of our own.
