Fans of EFL League One club Sunderland want Rangers loanee Jordan Jones signed to a permanent deal after his latest impressive goal.
Jones left the Gers in January in search of playing time and he’s certainly getting it at the Stadium of Light.

He’s already made 16 appearances for the Black Cats in all competitions and he netted his third goal on Wednesday night in a 2-2 draw at Hull City.
The rapid 26-year-old’s first two goals for Sunderland – a long-range screamer against Crewe Alexandra and a deft finish at Portsmouth – were impressive efforts, and this one was right up there in terms of quality, too.
Lynden Gooch picked him out with a swinging cross from the right and he guided a sweet volley back across the Matt Ingram and into the bottom right corner.

A Josh Magennis goal cancelled out Jones’ effort and even though Grant Leadbitter restored the advantage with a 34th-minute penalty, a second Magennis strike after the hour mark ensured the points were shared.
The draw constitutes a blow to Sunderland’s automatic promotion hopes, but Jones’ goal was a real positive for their fans, many of whom want to sign him permanently in the summer.
