Rangers fans haven’t exactly been quick to settle after the 1-1 draw with Hearts at Tynecastle as the club surrendered top spot to rivals Celtic.
The result has us sitting second in the Scottish Premiership on goals scored, with Celtic having hit one more goal than us.
Sheyi Ojo and Joe Aribo – more so the Liverpool loanee – have come under fire for their roles in the result. But do the English born Nigerians need more time?

Ojo is on a long-term contract at Liverpool and having already made his breakthrough with the Anfield side, is seen as a major talent down south.
His attitude and application have been missing at times at Ibrox but he has provided some big goals and assists on big occasions, particularly in Europe.
Aribo too has reserved his best performances for the Europa League and is yet to fully hit his stride in Scotland.
It’s a source of frustration for Rangers fans. Aribo has after all catapulted himself on to the world stage with Nigeria, even scoring against Brazil during the international break.
He’s a top player and someone with real potential but we must be patient on home soil if we’re to get the most from him.
It takes time for players to settle in Scotland and there’s an argument that we won’t see the best of Joe Aribo until after the winter break.
The same could potentially be said for Sheyi Ojo, who has also declared for Nigeria [Scottish Sun].

Both must learn about the pressure, culture and expectations which surround Rangers and for that to properly resonate with them it takes time.
Is it time we afforded them a little more of it?
