As Covid-19 restrictions tighten in Scotland and across the UK, Rangers fans are slowly coming to terms with the idea they might not get into Ibrox again this year.
Attending football matches falls under the remit of devolved powers with the SNP government announcing that the phased return of fans has been postponed.
Originally supposed to be the 5th of October, the Scottish Government have also put a hold on pilot events with a view to this being reviewed in three weeks [BBC Sport].

Rangers have sold out the club’s season tickets for the third year on the bounce as Gers fans display their unrivalled loyalty once again during times of crisis.
Rangers themselves had optimistically held out hope of getting fans back through the turnstiles in the not so distant future but with the situation at a critical point, the picture looks bleak.
Despite the threat of not getting into the hallowed Ibrox to watch their heroes this season, Rangers fans have responded in typically defiant fashion.
