The Record state that whilst the chatter surrounding Cyriel Dessers, who is expected to cost Rangers £5m, has gone quiet, the fact that their has been no reported “snag” is a good sign.
The report claims that Cyriel Dessers is still “potentially lined up for an announcement” at Ibrox after Rangers get ready to confirm their latest signing in Dutch striker Sam Lammers.
Rangers have reportedly struck a £3.5m deal with Serie A side to sign Sam Lammers this summer, with the Dutch striker “expected” to be announced today.

Whilst the signing of Sam Lammers is exciting in its own right, the former PSV and Heerenveen striker’s scoring record since moving to Italy doesn’t exactly inspire.
