Confusion reigns over Rangers Inside 55 video as release seemingly held back

Confusion reigns over the whereabouts of a special Rangers inside 55 video which would show the Ibrox side celebrating the club’s legendary league title win.

Inside Ibrox is a regular feature on the club’s media channel RangersTV and a special edition of the feature was set to show a behind-the-scenes look at the celebrations on Sunday.

However, since posting yesterday that the video was set to be uploaded to subscribers to the channel at 7pm there is still no sight of the hotly anticipated feature.

The short clips gave a tiny insight into the kind of pandemonium which was taking place at the Rangers Training Centre on Sunday afternoon when the club was crowned Champions.

Fans gathered outside the club’s training complex whilst thousands attended gatherings at Ibrox and George Square amid an outpouring of joy.

This was summed up no more than by the short clip of players celebrating the title win at Auchenhowie but despite promising it last night, it’s yet to appear on RangersTV.

There’s some confusion as to why but whenever the final video does make it onto the platform it’s sure to grab the attention of plenty at Rangers and beyond.

Given the heightened tension between the club and the powers that be after fan celebrations mid-pandemic perhaps they’re just reviewing the content to ensure it’s all above board.

Whatever the case – the anticipation for the video is building as Rangers fans eagerly await an inside peek at the 55 celebrations.

The fall-out from the club’s league victory rumbles on with the Gers reportedly writing to Nicola Sturgeon to criticise inaccurate claims for her government regarding a fan party in George Square
