Consequently, she goes on to say that pre-contract agreements will soon be announced.

She claims that he will undergo the club’s third medical in 48 hours, at some stage tomorrow.
All things being well, that will mean he is a Rangers player in time to depart for next week’s training camp in Tenerife.
Clearly, it’s been a busy few days at Rangers HQ.
The nature of the deals ensure that even if confirmed shortly, Jones and Kamara won’t pull on the famous jersey until next season.
Yet, that isn’t the case for England international, Defoe.
The striker has been starved of first team action this season and is reportedly raring to go.
