Albanian national team head coach, Christian Panucci, has spoken out about Eros Grezda, as quoted by the Daily Record.
Grezda is in the squad for his country’s first two Euro 2020 qualifying fixtures coming up this week.
The first is at home to Turkey on Friday night. Then, they travel to Andorra, for a Monday night clash.

Despite being a relatively small nation, Albania qualified for the most recent edition of the European Championships, held in France.
Now, after a change in coaching staff, they are hoping for a repeat of that success.
“Grezda thankfully played for Rangers again, so we’ll see how much he will play in the upcoming games”, said Panucci, as quoted by
the Daily Record.
“Eros has not played much lately, but everyone can see how important he is to us and can help us play more attacking football.”
“Can he play 90 minutes yet? We’ll find out this week.”

It will surely be encouraging for the Gers winger to receive praise from Panucci.

Not only is he his international manager, but he was also a world class right-back in his day.
He accumulated 57 caps for Italy and played club football for AC Milan, Real Madrid and Roma, among others.

It sounds as though Grezda will be playing a big role over the next week, fitness permitting.
Any competitive game time he gets though, should be beneficial for Rangers.
